FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

I just developed this page and it's still under development, so please bear with me.

1) Why does your catalog doesn't have all the pictures of the products, i.e. the pictures are missing?

It's my fault. I don't have the time to upload the pictures my self (working full time, and need to spend time with my kids at night). My younger sisters and brother who used to helped are back to school now and can't help me anymore. Trying to teach my husband to upload it for me. And trying to persuade my brother who works in Penang to join me in the biz.

Previous excuse: pictures not taken yet, but solved when I paid my colleague at work to take the pictures. He's an amateur photographer.

2) Do you offer beading class? If you do, when, where and how much?

Yes, I do, occasionally, depending on my time and resources. When? usually on Friday lunch hour (strictly in my office building), on Saturday (at Amcorp Mall flea market) or Sunday (either at my house or perhaps in the future, at Wanita Melayu's training place). Currently, I only offer basic beading course for the beginner. Fee: usually RM30/person for 2 hours session, and that includes a beading tray (cost RM12). But, fee depends on location's rental, if I have a partner accompanying me and so on.

3) Why do I get this error "Your postcode is not accepted by Pos Laju delivery" or something similar, when I tried to check-out?

That's because your postcode is not included yet in the website postcode list. Why? Because the list of postcodes that Pos Malaysia gave to me was outdated and don't have lots of newer postcodes. So, the solution is to email me your postcode and address and then you can proceed to check out once I email you to inform that your postcode is in the system.
